My brother getting tiered some times.. Some times getting fever... Tiphoid checked its normal... Wbc count and platelet count normal... No urine infection... This is almost from a month... Please give some advice...

Hello anemia and other blood investigation should be done to rule out malaria viral fever and bacterial infection consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
