Tickling sensation while urinating

I am married woman( 28yr). From last 5/6 days I have tickling sensation during urination along wih frequent urge to urinate in evry 30 min. As i am about to finish urination i am feeling a kind of mini orgasm everytime. now smtyms it feels itchy(not much). No blood, no burning sensation. Having 7/8 glass water wholeday. Normal home food(not too oily and spicy). Rest things are fine.
