I have closed tibial IMN SURGERY in right leg. Now after 3 weeks i have almost no pain on affected leg. So can i put weight on affected leg & how much time it will take to heal & when i will came back to work in company ? in company no hard work but needs moving / walking for manpower handling pls help me

Good to know that you are having a satisfactory recovery. The time period of starting weight bearing on the injured leg or moving around with supports depends on a lot of things viz. anatomy of the fracture, the reduction, the intra op stability, other wounds and any other fractures. the operating surgeon is the best person to guide you on this front.
