I had a motorcycle accident 3 months back. I have an IM nail inserted in my left leg below the knee. I was on bed rest for 1.5 months. I strated walking with walker after that. Since my bone didn't heal well, they advised dynamization and after the second surgery I am walking with elbow crutches. Kindly let me know on the physiotherapy process that I have to follow to heal and walk properly.
