Pls guide below mentioned symptoms  no pain weight increased with normal food left side chin little bigger

You need examination of head and neck by ENT,  thyroid gland in near your Adams apple,  it it's around  chin,  it can be some lymph node. Get it examined. Get a complete thyroid profile T3 T4 TSH, and consult me.  Regards
