I am 32 yr old female 167 cm with 83 kg..I'm have been asked to take 1 tablet of Thyropace before dinner for 2 months.However, I'm taking it before lunch is that ok or should I be taking it before dinner only. Is there any specific time to be taken or it should be taken after meals. I have attached my thyroid report also. Pls suggest thanks.
