I got a thyroid test and and it shows A/c status P and ist trimester 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester. does it shows i am pregnant

No....this report is for thyroid hormone level in the body . Not a test for pregnancy.  The report prints normal levels for a normal person and a pregnant female .....which are different. ...for comparison
