Thyroid problem

I am a female of age 24 suffering from thyroid from 4 years.from 2 years tsh is In control and maintained at 0.8 ng ..recently in one month it has increased to 2.33 due to continuous stress.i was recently married . I am using 50mcg tablets..there is severe hair fall and heavy bleeding during periods .feeling inactivity and weak frequently ,,gained weight 4 kgs in 2 months.my height is 5 inc. and weight is 58 kgs .i increased from 53.5 to 57.5 in 2 months ..now my tsh is 2.33 ,,t3 is 1.08,,t4 is 10.40 ,,,present my t4 is also in boundary ..is this sudden increase in thyroid effect for my pregnancy in future.??? Now a days I am feeling weak and strain.frequently I am getting leg pains n body pains ..feeling very weak some times.shall I change my dosage medicine??

Hello there. I can understand your concern. No it will not affect the pregnancy. I wouldn't advise you to change the dosage yet. If you are pregnant then yes, dosage must be changed. If not. No need. Do the test after a month and see. Consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
