Post delivery I'm putting up lots of weight.i have thyroid too.should continue taking thyroid medicine since I'm breastfeeding my 5 month baby

Of course yes , you need to take your thyroid medication .. However, post delivery there is about 30% reduction in the drug required.. Get your TSH & FT4 done .. Start your medication with a aim of keeping TSH less than 4 ..
