Hello i dont know whats going on with me, il be wide awake by 7pm but by 8 pm il be sleeping like ive never got any sleep, then the next morning il be up extra early as if i got all 8 hours sleep? please help me

I'm surprised to see that this is a problem. Organically your body is working fine. If your body has enough rest obviously it will wake up. It doesn't matter how many hours you slept. All it matters is the quality of sleep and not quantity.
