Need an advice for dosage of tyromorm medicine please help and advice the same as i am taking 100 mg , can reduce the dosage t3,t4 are 3.0 + and TSH is 42 earlier it was o higher side

Hello...  TSH level  is considered. If it's elevated it's suggestive of hypothyroidism.. But symtom is important,  if you have symtoms with elevated TSH level  dose readjustment is required.. Consult general physician with report..  Doctor will do the needful..
