I am having right ear fungal infection for which m taking treatment, doctor asked me to go for thyroid and cbc where my tsh levels are higher than 150 and t4 level are low 2.5 are dese values require medications because as such I don't have any symptom of thyroid plzz do help diet and exercise can help???
