I am having a good immunity and strength, not felt weakness but still find swellings in my body and looks fatty. Want help to know its a thyroid issue or what? But having issue with periods not getting regularly it comes within 2 or more months

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  It could be a thyroid and even could be a PCOD related issue. But without the reports cannot say anything for sure.
