Hi I'm covid positive on 24th april its became negetive later I'm facing high fever and high heart beat . I have typoid positive and 1:160, 1:80 . My t3 values are 0.6 . T4 normal. Tsh 28 . I'm using 125 mcg now. Plz suggest the medicine dosage
