Thyroid during pregnancy

I am 27 weeks pregnant.and thyroid was detected in first trimester with tsh as 5.4 so i have been using thyronorm 25mg but when i checked my throid levels last week tsh was 4.2.so i increased my dosage to 50 mg.is it good to increase that amount of dosage or should i continue with thyronom 25mg.
