hi don't worry your
thyroid values are slightly in upper level, but it's not abnormal.
you can repeat it after 3 months and if it increases we can think about thyroid
your weight can be decreased by DIET and EXERCISE
diet take more of fruits and vegetable , avoid junk foods fatty and oily foods
exercise do walking for at least 30 to 40 mins per day and increase it
wait it will take time
