I'm 30 yrs old and delivered a baby last year thro cesearean. I'm havin hypothyroid more than 10 yrs. Taking tabs also. But, whatever I do, exercise or diet, I'm nt able to reduce weight. Post delivery it has increased so much. Is it possible to reduce weight without side effects.. Pls suggest best Drs.
