Ive recently been diagnosed with an UAT since having this and being on 150mg levothyroxine i have started noticing my hair falling out and real bad cough and dry throat has this anything to do with my thyriod?

Hair fall can be due to hypothyroidism, though there are many other reasons as well for hair fall even in hypothyroidism patients. But dry throat is unlikely to be due to hypothyroidism.
