I have tested my blood and get result, it's very high. Results shows 56.90 uIU/ml .it's should be 5.5. please advise.

be more specific. which is this test? Generally thyroid gland issues are due to 1. deficiency of magnesium, vita b12, zinc, iodine, vita c, vita b2, vita b3, selenium, iron, vita d, vita A. 2. Non conversion of t4 to t3 ( mainly due to sluggish liver) 3. autoimmune condition ( mostly related to wheat and diary) In current medical treatment, focus is on elimination of the symptoms but underlying condition is not looked into. As you can see, finding ans to above 3 mentioned problems like in good diet and detox.
