I wanted to know that I have thyroid, but levels are under 7. Do I need to take lifelong medication for thyroid?? Also, can I be pregnant if I have thyroid?

Assuming that TSH is under 7 and T3 T4 are normal ,it's known as subclinical hypothyroidism where treatment is initiated only if TSH is above 10 . However treatment is needed for those who have symptoms of hypothyroidism,and who wish to get pregnant treatment is needed to keep the TSH level  near 2.5 mcl
