Repetitive infections needs to be examined and the cause of it has to be determined. The following steps may help: - Have vitamin C rich food so that immunity is built - Avoid cold food and water and preferably have hot water and food - Do salt water gargle with lukewarm water thrice a day If the problem persists or worsens visit the ENT at the earliest.
