Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  I think you mean you are having some swelling near the throat. Just think once, without seeing the rash or the swelling, how can we say what it is? You haven't even attached a picture of the rash. Consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
