Throat problem

Hi. When I was looking at the back of my throat I noticed what looked like white lines running down both the left and right sides of my throat. They're only visible when I stick my tongue out really far and my tonsils "move forward". They're located behind my tonsils and go under them. They're thin lines. They go down at least as far as where the top of the epiglottis can be seen. I also have some kind of bumps i will atach a photo please answer me

Though there is no attached photo with this question you seem to be looking at granular swelling in the pharynx known as granular pharyngitis. There are various causes for this condition such as reflux laryngopharyngitis, post nasal discharge, etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
