Blood vomiting and swelling of toncil with pain while swalloing.Visited a doctor earlier but the problem is not solved yet.

Looks like you maybe having tonsillitis or pharyngitis. You should meet with an ENT surgeon. In the mean time, gargle warm salt water 4 to 6 six times a day.
