Hi..From past few months I am getting severe Headaches in front of my head.I have also noticed a small movable lump in my neck few weeks back.Along with it,I am having constant itching in nights in my legs and hand which had also created some rashes.I have trouble swallowing and breathing. what is it ? I am also in constant fear that it is lymphoma...Please Help

Need to get some blood tests like CBC,LFT ,RFT and coagulation profile
