Gud morning sir/ma'am I am suffering with throat paon very severely. I took medicines like dolo,combiflam azax500 zathrin-250 but no use it is from 2 days I can't even Drink anything even saliva so please send me suitable solution for this please

Gargle with Coolora or Garbenz Oral Rinse every 2 hours. Plesse meet an ENT Specialist asap!
