Dear sir Age 30 .. no fever or any other symptoms since 2 days .. just having their at pain lef side not Able to drink water also while drink pain coming mostly having left side throat pain .. pls advice any tablet And whenever throat pain have o get most pain in left side only .

Could be a small aphthous ulcer in throat.
