Sir, I had a small painless bumps at my throat since 2 months at the earliest stage while I take a CT scan and the report says ranula? infective? my ENT doctor said don't worry about that it will cure it's own,but there is no improvement then I consult another one ENT specialist he said it will be a tonsilitis and give some antibiotics Himalaya septilin ,but I done a tonsilitis surgery at my childhood then now I got mild burning pain at morning I am getting fear about that please help me I getting more depression about some unnameble diseases
Though your question is not very clear your CT scan is suggestive of RANULA means that may be the cause for the swelling. A type of RANULA known as plunging ranula can present as swelling in the neck. If you can send the picture of the swelling it will be helpful to advise further
