I have been been suffering from throat issues often in the past 3 year.. Often get sore and tight and find difficult to talk. In the last few days i found a lump under the chi i.e below the ears. 2 years back one of the dr from home town asked me to go for endoscopy. Kindly advise is it something serious?

You might be suffering reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. Usual symptoms are mild burning sensation in throat, difficulty in swallowing and foreign body sensation in lower part of throat. Course of anti reflux medications give long term relief
