Throat infection for my 3.5 year old kid

My kid had fever since Sunday and she's better now. After fever, throat is infected(I guess). Her vocal sounds are at ultra low level as if she's whispering. Any immediate suggestions? She's 3.5 and doesn't allow any turmeric milk or salt water.

A sore throat can be seen for a few days after a throat infection. Gargling with warm salt water, drinking lots of water, and taking a warm shower sounds like a good idea. Also, using betadine gargles may help. It may take up to a week for the symptoms to improve.
