I am taking regular medicines have seen doctors but none of the medicine is been affecting m feeling muscle pain and choking sensation in lower part of throat when I have gone for the test other issue of cholesterol diabetes and fatty lever is been poped up but primary issue is still persisting due to this facing breathing problem

seems like you are having some infection of the throat. actually a physician review is required in person. especially to check your throat,lung sounds and also to evaluate other diseases that you have. please visit a physician with all your reports
