Thinking I could have a tubal pregnancy

Tubes were tied 19 years ago. I'm on time every month with my period. My last real period was in July and it only lasted 2 and a half days. I always run a full cycle. I wake up sick to my stomach everyday almost. Weight gain big time. Bra size has even increased. Is it possible I could be pregnant? I've had 2 negative tests but that's what happened with my first pregnancy also. Help me please

Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question Don't worry I think if pregnancy test with morning urine sample negative than no worries. U should do ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus. Inform me result
