Thighs muscle pull

While sprinting i felt like a cramp on my left thigh muscle and i stopped my activity. I took rest for about a week and applied ice bags about 3 to 4 times a day and also applied compression bandages but still i am not able to run after a week. I am not having any problem while walking or jogging but during sprint it hurts a lot.

Use kottakal pain spray and consult a doctor nearby if you have difficulty
