I have PCOD since 12 years. Recently my bleeding didn't stop for a month. My ultrasound report stated thickened walls. (I have attached the reports). I specifically wanted to know that how can we naturally cure thickened endometrium? And will the hot water pack work to reduce the swelling of walls or a cold pack?

Hot water pack is good but temporary solution to ur problem.. better take proper consultation bcoz bleeding for a month is not normal .. Ayurvedic medicines has good results cases like urs !
