You can take tab Dentaforce DT twice a day for 3 days But if rightnow during night you are not having that you can take tab paracetamol SOS Use this home remedy for night time emergency  Warm saline rinses ,apply( haldi +laung +mustard oil) paste on that area . Visit your nearby dentist.
Next Steps
Get your Radiograph done and please visit your nearset dentist as early as poosible.
