Testicular swealling

Sir I have testicular swealling from march 2019 approximately 3 years I have not shown to any doctor as I know it is hydrocele but today read in Google that testicular cancer also cause swealling in testicles since it present from march 2019 can this be testicular cancer , the swealling is big means if you look from outside you will noticed that testicular swealling is present from far the swealling appear tight but if you touch it it is pressed very slightly just like tight water balloon please tell is it testicular cancer or hydrocele

Kindly have an ultrasound done for your testes. Cancer is not only the bad diagnosis, But Even if the hydrocele gets infected or if your testes gets rotated and if the blood supply gets cut, You will experience severe pain. So don't just ignore it. It can also be caused by a hernia. Get the ultrasound done. Get treated on time.
