Testicular Pain and frequent Urination

From last three days, I feel pain in testicles and frequent urination. I have done the urine test and sugar level checked. In sugar level after fasting, I got 88 level. In urine test, they reported Reaction acidic and amorphous crystal +++ present and color is pale yellow. Please help
