I feel heaviness in booth the testicles, it seem to have started due to pulling up some weight. Also done Doppler scrotal, but every thins is fine in that.

Hello.... If ultrasound is normal you don't have to worry..... In hydrocele or inguinal hernia invagination into scrotum you will have scrotal enlargement.... But local examination is required ...you better consult general surgeon because local examination is very important
