My testical is 2 times bigger than the other. It only hurts if i hit it or push on it, so much as peeing and removing testical from underwear hurt but not anything else is this testicular cancer?

Hi It could be hydrocele or other causes apart from cancer. Cancer of testis is rare compared to other causes. Sonography will help. Consult a surgeon or Urologist.
