Post mumps orchitis testicular atrophy and infertility. Left testes is slightly smaller and right is normal in size . Tenderness . Azoospermia. Is there any treatment to be fertile and to reverse atrophy or to stop atrophy in India ? Now taking antibiotic for 2 months but pain is not reduced and taking antioxidant vitamin and mineral . Whom should I consult with for my problem? Urologist ? Fertility expert ?

Post mumps orchitis with azoospermia and atrophy testis in this case it difficult to reverse. And no treatment for improving azoospermia in atrophic testis. For infection part need to consult urologist and for fertility issues need to consult fertility expert.
