Hi..I am 19 years old suffering from ED from past 5 months..I am Getting Soft erections and there was a sudden pain in my testicles some time ago and now my testicles have shrinked in size and  there is no libido and sperm count is decreased considerably And What is possible Cause of ED at this age ?
