Right side testis is bigger than left one. And by touching some vein can be felt . And no swelling  in scrotums. Only right testicle enlarge and little sensation aroung there.

Is there any pain ? If no pain nothing to worry. Little size variation is normal. If there is pain , take tablet Azithromycin-500 mg twice , tablet Zerodol-P twice daily for 5 days.

Two testicles do vary in size as they remain active in turns If no pain.. fine. Not to worry If any pain.. see a doctor
