Left testicles enlarged wirh discomfort by nerves swollen but no pain witchout hard touching I'm suffering this problem since 4 years i didn't do anything

hello, kindly do ultrasound of scrotum . that will be more reliable to diagnose problem . get done with priority this may affect your sexual life in future.
