My testicles are so loose! They are sagging edhe are very soft to touch! Im concerned , i started wearing suspensory , will it help with blood circulation and make my testicles firm or no?

Usually testicles tend to sag down when the body temperature or climate is hot and if the climate is cold then it tends to go up or contract. Your condition is normal or just take a test-  scrotal doppler study to rule out any abnormalities.
