I've been having this dull pain in my right testicle, it comes and goes, rarely lasts more than a few mimutes. It has been sitting a lot higher than normal, and I often find in laying in a weird position, sometimes it seems like its on it's side, sometimes it appears to be completely upside down. It feels like the tube connecting to the testicle isn't relaxing like the other, almost like it tangled. It occasional swells but not always.
