This may be due to Orchitis - swelling in spermatic cord or due to Varicoceal in veins of testicles.  orchitis generally appears at the upper portion of scrotum. seek medical advice without deley. Varicoceal is felt at the bottom or sides of testicle. Start using tight briefs.
