Hi doctor my testosterone level is 282. I got it tested at thyrocare. Can you please suggest why it is so less and what should I do to increase it.

Hello...... A “normal” level of testosterone depends on age.high cholesterol levels,high blood pressure,diabetes,being overweight or obese,sedentary lifestyle,regular smoking can cause low testosterone level... Underlying cause should be treated ...consult general physician in nearest hospital.
