Dear sir there is some rounded mass above the testes within the scrotum...Is it epididymitis or something else like cancer...How can It be diagnosed?Can I do exercise or gymming ?I heard from some  source that gymming with these conditions will let me loose my testes..will you clarify this specific doubt
