I have symptoms of weakness, fever(comes only 6pm to 8pm), cough n cold since 4 days. Am using:-    Paracetmol:1-0-1, Cipcal: 0-0-1, Ranbaxy welset cold:1-0-1, Azithromycin 500: 1-0-1, Bcomplex: 1-0-1 ,Lemonsec:1-0-1, Benadryl syrup: 1-0-1, Steaming with tubes: once a day For 2 days, Pulse Oximeter showed 97,99 Spo2. Temperature swings from 99 - 101. Also Eyes redness was there for 2 days and gone after using eye drops. From yesterday my left eye is paining. Feeling extreme Weakness from a week. Please let me know whether the below IBS medications might be confilcting with the above medications?Bcz  Full Gas is forming in stomach in the mornings and so am feeling difficulty in breathing also cough. Esvoz 40: 1-0-1 Lactifibre: 0-0-1 I have been suffering from IBS for 2 yrs.using these medications currently. Also please let me know what should i do to speedy recovery. Does Chicken,mutton consumption is Mandatory daily? Nobody is healthy to cook for me.

You can continue with past medications. You can eat non veg as per your liking. Adding to the bulk when you are sick  wont make much difference. It is not at all mandatory. Take more of fruits and freshly cooked vegetables, normal chapati,  dal and sabji. You can take an egg or two per day. Drink plemty of water. You are a bit anxious. This is not going to help. Take veg diet and continue medication

You can take ibs medication. Nonveg is not mandatory daily.
