I've been feeling tenderness on my right chest on the nipple and around the area for 2 days now. It's painful on pressing on the area around the nipple especially the right upper lateral part. Is it related to lympadenopathy?

Tenderness over the area you have mentioned could be due to an abscess/inflamed lymph node/ other causes. A thorough evaluation by a general surgeon should be the next step. If needed, an ultrasound scan will be advised after examination.
